Bottle from Brewcraft at home on 64. Slightly translucent dark amber pour with some white frothy head. Aroma is deep honey pine resin. Excellent. Taste follows - deep deep pine resin bitterness with big dose of honey biscuit malt. Booze isn't as obvious til the finish - warm and bitterness. Smooth finely carbonated palate. Really delicious DIPA. Like a maltier San Diego style resin-forward IPA/DIPA. Highly recommended.

On tap at Mrs Parma, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma rings out piney and resinous hops upfront. Flavour is pretty robust, with loads of resinous hops upfront, a touch of dankness, and some dry biscuity malt. A touch of abrasiveness, but it works well. Very nice.

From a 500ml bottle on 7/2/2015. Pours a cloudy light amber with a small to medium to big foamy head. The aroma is quite malty (caramel) with some fruity hops in the mix. The flavour starts out with lots of caramel which is met by some sweet orange and a hint of lemon. But it soon becomes clear that this brew is all about the hops. They are huge - grapefruity, resiny and leave your tongue coated by with lingering bitter goodness. The texture is lightly creamy and the carbonation average. It’s fantastic to see an Aussie brewer come up with a super high quality, uncompromising, and quite distinctive double IPA (this is by no means an attempt to copy the prototypical US style). Terrific stuff.

Bottle, 10C. Clear reddish amber with an inch of off-white head that lasts and laces very well. Aroma of peach, passionfruit, lychees, caramel, grapefruit, pine. Mainly brooding rather than zesty hop aroma aromas. Creamy texture. Toffee and peach sweetness, less tropical fruit than expected, pine and grapefruit, strong bitterness that cuts through the sweetness pretty well but somewhat crudely. Obviously big, but no real alcohol burn. Not quite my sort of thing but impressive.
