500ml bottle from Little Pomona, out of the archives. Orangey amber gold colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, strawberry hint. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, juicy, fruity, alittle strawberry, with caramel, some drying acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tart & tangy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared at Leighton's place, 23/11/2017. Thanks to Leighton for this one. A bright A bright golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is sweet golden delicious apple, strawberry and cream. Flavour is composed of crisp tart apple, pear, super dry, strawberry pez swets, drying pithy apple. Palate is uber dry, pithy, still, no carbonation. Very unusual, finish is very sudden. Little bark in the finish.

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up at some bottle shop in London. Pours clear pinking yellow th a few bubbles on top. The nose has a little ripe apple, hints of lemon, wood. Lightly sweet, really dry, with some sturdy acidity, more wood, lemon. Medium bodied with nips of carbonation. Bone dry on the finish, with some apple skins, salt, more wood, citric acidity. Interesting stuff.

Bottle at LKS. It pours clear golden with a bubbly head. The aroma is soft, sweet candy, pear drops, apple pie, must, white sugar, oily, toffee and stroopwaffle. The taste is firmly dry, tart, bright, acidic upfront which dissipates, apple skin, tannin, gooseberry, white grape, woody, earthy, sherbet, sherbet and candy with a drying finish. Medium bodied and flat. Rather fun stuff. Works well.

500ml bottle from Beer Revolution. Pours a clear burnished amber. Quite a fresh, fruity aroma of pleasant juicy apple fruit. Taste presents a distinctly dry character, good bittersharp apple fruit presence with a vibrant bitterness, some apple skins. Generally clean with little tannic fuzz; almost wine-like in terms of mouthfeel. Yeah, for a first effort this is pretty good. Refined with delicate nuances of apple fruit.
