500ml bottle from Little Pomona Dive into the Archives box, rated 20th April 2025. Missed this the first time around, so thrilled to get a chance to rate it so many years later. Pours a slightly hazed orangey amber colour, no head and aroma of apple, core, wax. Taste is tart, zingy, apple, fleshy, fruity, with some mineral & waxy notes, and drying grapefruity citric acidity. Medium boded, low carbonation, mellowed acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle picked up from Hereford Beer House, Hereford and consumed at Campingplätz Felbermühle which is between Bad Gögging and a bigger town (we're on the Donau/ Danube). Pours warm gold with just a smattering of stray bubbles. Tart, dry and fuzzy, the cask ageing softens this nicely but its really zappy. Good.

Bottle shared at Leighton's place, 23/11/2017. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose halo of white heead. Aroma is light sour, funky apple, pickle, plastic. Flavour is composed of super dry, appple, bark, tart, bark, pithy lemon, apple skin. Palate is super dry, tart, . Pithy woody, balsa. Really interesting.

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up at Borough Wines. Pours clear orange. The nose has ripening apples, a little musty rot, peel. Light sweet flavour, some peppery notes, lots of dryness, more apple skins, salt. Medium bodied, soft. Bone dry finish, plenty of bitter skin, some old wood, grass, salt, lemon rind. Pretty novel, fun cider.

Bottle at LKS. It pours clear deep golden with a with bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, oaky, must, lemon, apple skin and grainy sweetness. The taste is firmly dry, tart, quite bright acidic upfront, oak, pickled onion monster munch and white grape skin with a drying finish. Medium body and flat. Dry and tart. Interesting stuff. Not bad.
