We brewed a generously dry-hopped Sour IPA with Chinook and fermented it on 80g/l of lychees. Expect tart grapefruit and sour lychees in our first soured IPA. Artwork is inspired by the dystopian landscapes of the Mad Max cult films.

Keg @ Knott Bar, Manchester. Yellow-gold with a thin head. It has a mild fruitiness with an exotic style sweetness. There’s some mild hops too.

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy white head. Quite tasty, some melon and guava and lemon. Light bodied with massaging carbonation: tart and citric to finish. Lovely:

440ml can. Hazy orange with a thin head. Aroma of lychees, tangy citrus. Taste is fruity, sour, tart, tangy citrus, lychees, a little sweet, sharp, light hop bitterness. Medium bodied, oily, moderate carbonation. Basically a fruited sour, surprised they've labeled this as a Sour IPA as there's little IPA character in this.
