330 ml bottle from Etre Gourmet, bottled 18 Feb 16.
Straw colored, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of bread, grains, peppery spices, flowers, hay, some sweet fruits, some young cheese.
Taste follows this, with some more citric hops.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, spicy, a bit bitter, floral, yeasty, bready, with some piney hops.
Tasty. A straight, old-school Saison, with a great balance and drinkability. Lovely rustic, smooth bready and spicy notes and just the right amount of sweetness, yeast notes and dryness. Not my favourite De la Senne Saison, but another very enjoyable one.

Bottle from SPRL Beer Store in Brussels. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Light earthy/fruity aroma. Med body or so. Flavor is very earthy and fruity. It’s very dry and nicely bitter. I think it has that Thiriez flavor. Very good stuff.

330ml bottle [Éducation sennetimentale, part II: continuation of Flaubartlebier’s pièce de résistance, merci !]. Milky, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Floral, fruity, hoppy and yeasty aroma, notes of dried yellow stone fruit, mirabelle, apricot, peach, Taste is dry, floral and fruity hoppy and yeasty, residual biscuity malty sweetness, notes of yellow stone fruit, mirabelle, peach and apricot again, some grassy hoppy spiciness as well. High drinkability entraps to overlook subtle qualities, like Frédéric Moreau didn’t realise his chances. And just as Moreau comes back to Paris for a second abidance I’m looking forward to enjoy the Paris Beer Week one-off Sîneke as final part of the series.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy yellow with large pillowy white head. Aroma is zesty lemon sherbet and sugary yeast. Taste follows in a similar vein, with a fresh sugary lemon Belgian pale character. Bright, lightly spicy sessionable saison.

Bottle thanks to Matteo. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a thick white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, barnyard, light sulphur, white bread, juicy, tangerine and mango. The taste is crisp, mellow bitterness, juicy, minerals, tangerine, mango, papaya, straw, mild spice and grass with a short, dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit farty on the nose, but drinks easy.
