IPA – Dry hopped with Mosaic.
Our single hopped banger is back. Mosaic in the whirlpool to embed that spicy earthiness and then we dry hop with T90 and cryo pellets to make sure this beer explodes with a rainbow of blueberry, lemon peel, rose water and Juicy Fruit gum. Super creamy in the mouth, lively and loud.

Three Johns. Keg. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Thin but sweestish malts. Trace of cream. Nice light pinch of spice. Good bright cooling pine mixes well with thin but juicy tropical fruits, fresh mango rising above. Light touch of orange juice. Smooth finish. Lovely. Nicely fruit juice but with enough core hop character to remind you this is a beer.

Tap. Little Leeds Beer House. Glowing, yellow gold. Fully hazy. Fairly loose, lasting, bright white head. Looks good. Nose has candied peel. Ripened citrus. Some slight savoury notes. Bit of oniony hop. Taste has a candied peel sweetness. Minimal bitterness. Fairly juicy mouthfeel, albeit a little drying. Low to medium carbonation. Light bitterness to finish.

Keg at the Mermaid - Hackney. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Juicy aroma, lemon, peach, melon, tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with low bitterness, subtle pale bread, loads more melon and tangerine, nips of peach. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Fresh and juicy finish with mild warmth, lots more citrus and melon. Excellent.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Margate. Cloudy gold orange colour thin white head. Some dank garlic onion aroma. Highly hopped tropical fruit juice. Neipa style. Touch of flour on finish. Dank ipa with onion. I mean it's just what do I mean. Not awful but I don't want to drink this. Some OK tropical fruit on finish. OK.
