Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente.

Full 25 cl pour at Bourgogne des Flandres in Bruges, Belgium. The pour is a clear amber, ruby, copper with a slight off white head that leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is soft dark cherry fruit, caramel malt and a hint of funk. The taste is clean dark cherry fruit, nicely balanced with the caramel malt and a hint of yeast ever so slightly funky. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the drying soft funk and malt finish. Nice.

Reddish brown color. Taste is dark fruit with a touch of acidity. Smooth and easy to drink.

Barwa miedziana, niemal klarowne, piana jasnobeżowa, dość obfita, niezbyt trwała. W aromacie słodkie, mało wiśni, zero przypraw i fenoli. W smaku dość słodkie, estrowe, zero przypraw i normalnej owocowości, znikoma kwaśność. Wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciało w normie.

0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA Preller' (Breckerfeld), best before November 2021. Clear, deep ruby with a medium large, frothy, stable, beige head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity and a bit vinous taste of caramel, cherry, brown sugar, some balsamic vinegar and a touch of red wine. Quite sweet, moderately sour, gently fruity taste of caramel, brown sugar, cherry, artificial sweetener, some balsamic vinegar and a touch of wood, followed by a short, moderately tart, sugary and a little vinous finish. Medium body, a little astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Too sweet, a little artificial as well, still pleasant enough.

Huge, fluffy, dirty-cream head over deep red-copper beer. Wood, acetic acid & brown candi sugar; lactic acid, condensed sugared milk. Acids (lactic, acetic) spirited away with what tastes awfully close to artificial sweeteners. Fruity esters, brown candi sugar, (red) fruit-filled pralines . Wood in the aftertaste, as well as an ester, not unlike overripe banana. Very slick, but not a thick body. Not very carbonated either. No, I'm not convinced. Before one can befuddle lambic with enough sweetness... and it is TOO sweet by half. Eh, eh.

33cl bottle from Cora in Brussels. F: huge, tan, long lasting. C: dark brown, red hue, hazy. A: sour fruity, caramel, bit red berries, woody and brett touch. T: medium malty base, caramel, bit sour fruity but too sweet all together, lambic is quite lost here, bit toast, red fruits touch, medium carbonation, aroma is so-so yet taste I don’t know too commercial but refreshing, enjoyed.
