31/III/21 - 33cl bottle from a trade, shared @ home, BB: 6/VI/20 (2021-239) Thanks to Bierridder_S for the trade! Part of a lost bottle box I recently discovered...
Little clean blond to orange beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, very fruity, yeasty, some apricots, bit dusty, weird touch, fruity, soft oxidation, some madeira. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty dry, bit sourish, very fruity, peaches, little bitter, spicy, bit dry. Aftertaste: more white peaches, bitter touch, fruity notes.

19 September 2019. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Cheers to Teamleader colleagues! Clear golden with a lasting, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of pepper, green banana, ripe pear, apple peel, cheese, yeast, bread. Taste is light to medium fruity sour, kiwi & green apple, a bit lemony, sweetish pear & bready malts in balance with bitter pepper, hay & straw. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, yeasty, lingering apple, bread & banana. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Refreshing Saison.

T: light to medium malty, orange, bit spicy, peach, yeasty, bit mango, blackcurrants leaves, bit tangerine, dry on the palate, very nice beer from this brewery as I expected, good balanced for the style, medium carbonation, enjoyable for sure.
