Bottle. Orange color with small head that goes down quickly. Aroma is tart fruity, gooseberry - yes, a Riesling-like Feuerstein mineral feeling. Taste is tart grapes and gooseberries, white wine, a sting of lacto sourness, and some hops. Big-bubbled, but not too aggressive carbonation. Very refreshing. Good stuff.

Bottle at home, yellow orange beer, small head. Aroma is wheat, sour. Taste is the same, (goose)berries. For a sour beer i quite like it.

Bottle. Golden fuzzy pour. Aroma of lacto sour, wheat, berries and salt. Heavy puckering sour taste of wheat, berries, caramel, mild oak and some lacto. Sour tart finish. I understand why people don’t like this, but I fancy this sour stuff.

33cl Bottle, thanks Thijs! Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of tart lemon juice, some berries, grape, battery acid. Flavour of some berries, hint of wheat, tart, battery acid, sour lemons. Light bodied. Really not for me.

thnx to vincent. Pours unclear blonde, ok white head. Smell is sharp, malty, dry , fruity undertone ( my guess is gooseberry’s, as i’ve read the deScription ) Taste is sharp, very very dry. Fruity, mild sourness. good carbo and body. Nice, but perhaps just to damn dry ...

Bottle. A hazy dark golden beer with lots of carbonation and a minimal sized off-white head leaving some lacing. Fruity, almost candy-ish aroma with some lemon juice. Mandarine hints, something earthy and a hint of apple, pear, peach and pineapple. In a weird way it also smells salty. There’s some saltyness in the flavor though, but it’s more on the tart lemony side. Medium bodied and smooth, with lots of berries in the flavor. Fruit, lemon, some mandarine and a leathery hint too. Everlasting quite dry, tart and sour finish. Sure one of the best low alcohol beer’s I’ve had in a long time. Super complex and quenching. Love it. 160422

Bottle 330ml @ Sommerhuset
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, tartness, fruity, funky, gooseberry, herbal and grassy. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and medium sour with a long dry, tart, gooseberry, funky and grassy finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft,

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16.

Tap at TCBW2016. Hazy yellow color, good creamy white head. Salty, lactic tart aroma. Light-bodied. Very tart, fruity, gooseberry mixed in. Mouthpuckering. Interesting.
