Yasmin“ ist eine mit Jasminblüten aromatisierte Berliner Weisse. Es ist eine angenehme elegante Weiße mit Jasmingeschmack, ohne pafümiert zu wirken. Die Blütenaromen stehen nicht im Vordergrund und ergänzen die Weisse auf eine süßlich wirkende Weise.
Jedes Jahr ist Yasmin ein Teil der „Berliner Weisse Geuze“, der sie den Weisse-Charakter und eine elegante Note verleiht. 3,5% Alc. 8° Plato.

Tap. Murky lemon sorbet. Sour lemon herbal. Taste is full, a bit sticky, could need some edge and be a bit more round. Lemon sweet.

Bottle, 330 ml in Ambasada, Zagreb. Hazy yellow with small white head. Intensive sourness, citrus, lemon, juicy. Tad thin but refreshing.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 26 Aug 2022) Hazy pale yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, lactic acid, peaches and flowers. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, grapefruit, sour grapes, jasmine, yeast and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a good floral touch. Nice one.

Flaska från ICA Maxi. Något blek och disig gul med vit fizzig försvinnande krona. Lätt kropp med hög kolsyra. Mycket grapefrukt och citrus, även fruktighet från päron, gröna druvor och druvskal. Snäll jasminton som lyser igenom i doft och smak. Snäll stallighet/funk/beska. Trevlig och lättdrucket.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Tart, floral, strong farmbarn and manure Brett funk. Taste: Minerals, moderate tart, funky (manure, not as strong as aroma but still well present), floral, flowery. Just under medium body, average carbonation.

Bottled 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Yellow coloured, medium sized white head, citrus and mild jasmine in the nose. Citrusy, lemony, elderflower, mild jasmine and soft acidic finish.
