Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours ever so slightly hazy straw yellow with no head. The aroma is salt & vinegar crisps, floral, straw, pickled onions, gooseberry, lemon and lime. The taste is crisp, dry, puckering, lemon, lime, bright acidity, balsamic vinegar, salt & vinegar crisps, floral vibes, gooseberry, sour white grape, white wine vinegar and sherbet with a puckering finish. Light body and limited carbonation. Quite bright and puckering. Not a huge amount of depth, but drinkable.

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with a thin white head that quickly fades. No visible carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of funky lemon. Flavour of minerals and bitter lemon. Thin body with a slick texture that ends with a dry, almost chewy mouthfeel. Light fizz. It’s quite one dimensional but it’s certainly bright and refreshing.

Bottle @ Patricks. Almost clear golden body under a small, fast disappearing white head. Nice mils acidic aroma with a light floral touch. Nice refreshing taste, hint of citric fruit, lacto acidic, slightly mineralic taste, lemon and quite acidic – still mostly on the pleasant and refreshing side. Fine balanced body and long lasting aftertaste with the same flavors. Not super complex, but very nice as it is.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 26 Aug 2022) Hazy pale yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, lactic acid, peaches and flowers. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, grapefruit, sour grapes, jasmine, yeast and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a good floral touch. Nice one.

Flaska från ICA Maxi. Något blek och disig gul med vit fizzig försvinnande krona. Lätt kropp med hög kolsyra. Mycket grapefrukt och citrus, även fruktighet från päron, gröna druvor och druvskal. Snäll jasminton som lyser igenom i doft och smak. Snäll stallighet/funk/beska. Trevlig och lättdrucket.
