#97: Clear golden. Aroma is light berries slight chalk some peel. Taste is sour with at least a little carbonation. Fruity and leathery tart with sweet fruity somewhat piney finish. Some berries as well. Very nice.

Tap at All Good Beer, Bermondsey. Deep gold, slightly hazy, flat. Gentle aroma with soured wine, citrus, oak, a little bit of barnyard funk. Almost a savoury note to the taste, with flavours of caramel, egg, Bit-o-Honey, whey. Just a touch of carbonation in the body.

Tap into a taster showing deep gold with no head. The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Moderately tart with moderately intense notes of brett.

Foeder 41. A hazed golden lambic with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light ground cherry, light grapeskins, musty notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light pepper, light cork, Brett, horse blanket, a bit light but nice. On tap at L'autre oeil. July 2018.

On tap at the Kiselo Druženje (Sour Gettogether), 2017. Thanks! 2YO, Foeder #67, 6.5%. Golden, minimal head. Dusty, funky, skunky, yeasty. Lightly dry. Soft carbonation, medium body, lasting tart finish. Cool!
