Kveldens første på Mi2 Cardinal okt-18, fra fat: uklar gylden uten skum. Pregnant aroma og kraftig smak av stall, høy, krydder, syrlige bær og friske citroner. Ganerensende og stimulerende. En oppkvikkende start på det som skulle vise seg å bli en kveld pakket med høydepunkter.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Golden colour, small white head. Very moderate carbonation. Nice funky aroma of farmhouse, oak and wet basement. Breattanomyces flavour, notes of oak and lemons.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with little head. Aroma of horse stable, leather, lemons. Tastes sour with some sweetness. Thin to medium bodied. Dry finish.
