Purchased on my trip to Nashville, Best by 09.15.10 stamped on the neck of the bottle. Pours a cloudy golden-beige with an orange hue. Its head is white, frothy, above-average lasting and has good lacing. Wheat nose with lots of lemon zest to it. Medium-light bodied with a little stick to it. Mild wheat and citrus taste, not offensive, but to please more of a mass-market of summer drinkers.

Beer reminds me of a pilsner/hefeweizen hybrid. It does neither particularly well individually, but together it’s okay. Rated 9/17/02

12oz bottle. Hazy unfiltered yellow-tan color with a nice foamy white head. Sweet, grainy aroma. Medium bodied, pleasantly so. Lemony edged, not a very pronounced banana flavor as far as the style goes. Certainly leans towards the clove side of the Hefe-equation. Sweet finish, with a hint of citrus and clove bitterness. Simple and straightforward, a respectable thirst quencher.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a glass. Pours a hazy light straw color with a little white head. Kind of watery, very little lacing, poor body, and a little overcarbonated. Taste is light citrus that is kind of sour and some wet wheat. It is not rated that high, but is still overrated. UFO please remove the word hefeweizen from the bottle.

Bottle from ericandersnavy. Thanks man! Pours hazy gold with a large frothy white head. Lemon aroma. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is lemon, grassiness, and no banana and not much spice. Refreshing. Finishes with a touch of yeastiness. Decent hefe, but banana would be nice.

(Bottled) Poured pale yellow and lightly hazy with small white head. Citric and fruity aroma. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Tasted quite fruity with hints of banana. Also present were sweetness and malts. Aftertaste was fruity and lightly bitter.

A decent hefeweizen. Doesn’t have the kick, the edge that great hefes do. Has a nice citrus aroma, weak head, and fruity flavor. Pretty smooth and very drinkable.

Overall Impression: This is a decent attempt at the Wheat Ale style, but it isn't so great. Pretty mediocre brew...not much else to say here.

Bottle as shown. The aroma is a fruity malt with lemon zest and orange peel. Decent spotty lacing on the glass. taste is a dry wheat with citrus banana lemon and yeast. Not much going on with this wheat ale.
