zapach przyjemny, słodki, karmel, toffi, słody, rodzynki, lekkie praliny, nugat, orzechy laskowe, trochę ciemnego chleba na zakwasie, ładnie zgrane. kolor brązoworudy, opalizujący, w toni zawieszone bardzo dużo malutkich drobin, piana jasnobeżowa, niezbyt obfita, ale stara się być trwała. w smaku raczej wytrawne, lekko wodniste, słody, słodki karmel, nugat, przypieczony chleb, spieczone herbatniki, orzechy laskowe i włoskie, trochę ziół i przypraw. goryczka umiarkowana, ale ze względu na niską słodowość dość wyraźna. orzechy, zielone rośliny, przyprawy i lekkie nuty podpalane. nasycenie umiarkowane.

Draft sampled at Rattle n Hum, NYC. Pours clear copper with with a tan head. Aroma of caramel, fruits, malt, toffee and some pine. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

(Draught at Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels, 16 July 2012) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruit, hoppy nose with notes of blood oranges, caramel and citric hops. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, citrus, orange peel, dried fruit, treacle toffee and a generous citrussy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness and some alcohol shining through. Very tasty and nice.

On tap at Commercial Tap House on 01/17/2011. Clear amber body with a large frothy off-white head. Sweet caramel and light fruity aroma with slight woody notes. Caramel, toasty malt and fruit flavor with a mild bitter finish with woody hints. Medium body with moderate

Tap at Falling Rock - clear amber - off white head - overpowering sugary sweetness up front, wit some charred sugars as well - a bit of toasted grains and doughiness throug the middle - ends with some moderately stale hoppiness - bitterness is almost medicinal - sugar sweetness sticks around long into the finish - seriously disappointing.

Tap at the Davis Graduate. Pours like coke. Small beige head. Smells sweet. A touch of treacle. Full body. Lots of brown sugar. Drinks like barleywine. Finishes on the sweet side, but not really sticky. Not extreme in flavor, but there’s lots of flavor.
