Peach Berliner Weisse is a German-style tart wheat beer that’s perfect for the hot summer months. Using only the best Missouri peaches, we turned an easily overdone style into a refreshing and light bodied summer beer.

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 opening dinner - CBC Clapham. Pours unclear gold with a foamy white head. A nice, dry sour with light acidic cleanliness, semi-vibrant citrus and stone fruit, light bitter hay. Light to medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean, lightly tart lemon and peach finish. Nice.

Bottle. Mildly hazy gold, no head. Aroma is very delicate and subtle. Peach fuzz or skin and light floral hints, light funk.
Flavor is over ripe peaches, subtle tartness and pale malts. Light mineral hints. Also a light musty basement element. Nice wheat body with a crispness that is refreshing. I enjoyed this quite a bit.

Bottle shared at a sour tasting at Noam’s office. Clear pale yellow with a bubbly white head. Strong aroma of dentist rubber gloves, lacto and peach. Sourish flavor with peach, wheat, rather mild lactic acid and a citric note. Light-bodied. Very refreshing.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours cloudy pale yellow with airy white head. Clear, sweetish, fruity aroma with cheesy overtones. Sour flavour, with a good deal of yeast. Lingering sourish finish. High carbonation. A decent Berliner Weisse.
