Peach Berliner Weisse is a German-style tart wheat beer that’s perfect for the hot summer months. Using only the best Missouri peaches, we turned an easily overdone style into a refreshing and light bodied summer beer.

Bottle share at the Rainbow IPA mini event at the King William IV. Thanks to Bruce. Hazy gold beer with a small white head. Light airy palate, dry. Good minerally carbonation. Semi tart sourness goes well with peach sherbet. Light dry finish.

Bottle split at the William IV during the Rainbow IPA event, big thanks to Bruce, 21/09/13. Lightly hazed golden amber with a thin off white head. Nose is tarte peaches, apricot jam, orange, grass, light funky tones and must. Taste comprises peach yoghurt, tarte citric notes, grassy, apple skins. Medium to light bodied, fine carbonation, dry tarte finish. Nice Berliner, not too sour, good peach presence.

On draft at Church Key in DC. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a frothy white head. Very unusual aroma - a hint of licorice. Flavors of nutmeg and mild tart apple. Where’s the peach?

cloudy. nose is salty with peaches. Not all that sour, lots of residual sugars left hanging out in this bottle. peach throughout but more like a peach syrup.

750 ml bottle. Pour is an ever so slightly hazy gold with a massive fizzy head that dies very quickly. First approach reveals a lot of peach aroma with a grainy edge to it. The aroma seems to fade a bit as it warms, which makes me a little sad, but flavor is fantastically well done. The peach dominates and balances well against a slightly tart and grainy backdrop. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing and finish is slightly sour. Darn good stuff.

Chilled bottle at a JStax tasting poured into a snifter. Pours light golden with small white head. Some lacing, light body, low/medium carbonation, and peach aroma. Taste is delicate refreshing tart peach. I need to try this again.
