Beer of spontaneous fermentation. Lindemans Apple is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and apple juice. The tasting experience, which is quite exceptional, offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of red apples, the freshness of green apples and the sourness of traditional lambic beers

On tap. Medium white head. Cloudy yellow to golden colour. Aroma sour apples, almost cidery. Taste very well balanced light heavy sour, light sweet, light bitter, apples all the way. Finish very smooth, overall refresing, hugely drinkable. EDIT: reviewed at La Putika - Panska

tastes likes applecandy, looks like a lager more than a fruity beer. not bad, but i like to taste beer in my beer. if i want applecandy, guess what, i’d eat an apple candy... probably nice for the woman, though ...

Bottle at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration Tune-Up, London. Pours a fine, hazy yellow with a light, white foam head. Sweet apple nose. Big sweet flavor with some lightly tart, artificial apples. Straight-ahead flavor, not much depth, not much nuance. Light bodied with fine, fizzy carbonation. Sweet, tart apple finish. Not much else to say.

Hazy golden yellow color. Apple and sweet taste with citrus finish. Very enjoyable beer, not very sweet, just as it should be.

Bottle at my Pre-CBC Tune-Up Tasting. It pours golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is sweet, tangy sour apple and sugar - akin to sour apple Chewits! The taste is tangy apple, lime, apple juice and pear, with a tangy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit 1D, but it does what it says on the tin. Actually not too bad.

12oz bottle poured into a snifter. Pours a clear dark gold with about a half finger of white head. Aroma of sweet red apples. Like fresh apple cider. Taste is medium sweet and very lightly sour. It’s like they had a sour apple cider then dumped a bunch of sugar into it. Light bodied with a sticky texture. Fizzy carbonation and a long sweet finish. Overall, it’s ok. Not my style but not bad for what it is. I probably won’t be drinking this one again though.

25cl bottle. Golden colour with white head. Perfect lasting and nice lacing. Aroma has green apples hints above all, sweet. Flavour is sweet, acid, as aroma green apples are present. Similar as a cider. Carbonation is lively. Body is light.
