16oz can pours a hazy gold with some soapy white head. Nose has yeast and grist, lemon and perfume, catty. Flavor has a very distinct gristy note, lemon, lemongrass, some muddled tropical fruit, some tums. Finishes dry. Ok.

Tasting at SF, Vancouver, can
Cloudy pale blond color. Strong aroma from the Citra. Quite dry and spicy, with strong citrus peel, and also quite dirt from the yeast.
Good.

Tall can at Brian's office. Canned on 2017-08-30. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is not very pleasant (like somebody farted, I am sorry) with some some grassy. Taste is very hoppy, slightly dank, with cat piss notes. Meh.

Cloudy and quite pale. No head. Yeasty, pedio and some fine litterbox. Moderate bitterness, with light citra, lots of yeast, and still a touch of pedio. It's more pale than saison. So it ends up being ok - the dry hop I like but the base isn't great.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with almost no head. Aroma is very yeasty, with earthy cat pissy hops, and lots of muddy yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with cat piss, light citrus hops, and some earthy yeasty notes. Not at all a conventional saison, but it's very nice, even if rather muddled and yeasty. Very nice.

16 oz can poured. Much thanks to Matt for the share! A hazy golden pour with a quick fading head. Hop forward aroma, with a sturdy funk to it. Fresh flavor, hop forward, thicker body, floral constant, soft spice, dry finish. Easy drinker. Tasty saison.

16oz can c/o Smith. Unfiltered bright orange body. Massive, foamy, white head. Easy going, smooth, creamy Saison yeast aroma, mild. A pretty awesome Saison. Doesn’t really have the body of a Dupont or Fantome, but has some awesome flavor. The aroma is still a little astringent. The rye is subtle and used judiciously, adding some nice depth. Great modern beer.
