330 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Thank you for sharing RB-InBev Belgian crew! Dark brown amber. Nose is weird stale herbal, bread syrup, oxidation, soap, low wet dog. Taste is boozy plastic raisin, oxation, soap, sugar, boozy, bland bread, stale. Body is raisin, quite boozy. Not very exciting, messy, vague with some lesser notes. I wasn’t too crazy about the base beer either. Too bad, I expect more from something that has Lervig attached to it.

Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share. Cuivrée, col fin beige. Arôme au nez plaisant mettant bien en avant l’aquavit avec qcq éléments malté tirant sur biscuité au niveau des effluves. Rétro finemetn épicé. Palais est pas mal sur l’effet de barrique ou alors d’aquavit ajouté, booze marqué, seigle ajoutant une effet de rondeur de grains épicé. Fini sur l’épicé et et en avant une petite note de cannelle.

Clear purple brown beer, creamy beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, alcohol, caramel, dried fruits, sugary, banana. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, lots of overripe banana, sugary, alcohol, more alcohol. Aftertaste: sweet, banana peel, little bitter, more alcohol, bitter touch.

Bottle shared at Gekke Geit. Very hazy brown with a tiny ring white head. Aroma of perfume, oak, booze, fruits, spicy notes, caramel, toffee. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.

Dark brown with thick creamy head. Aroma is quite woody. Flavour is also woody and also very syrupy and sweet. Dry and slightly boozy finish.
