12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear yellow orange hue with a small white head. A big tropical nose. Oranges, some tartness, fresh, lemon zest, very bright and flavorful. Solid brew. Peppery.

12 oz bottle from the mix pack, bought at work. Aroma is chalky candy, fruity (yuzu, I guess, mango and lime also), coriander, peppery, bready. Pours slightly hazy golden with a collapsing white head that leaves some lace. Taste is sweet and spicy with flavors of clove, coriander, fruit, pepper, soap; finishes with a dry bitterness. Perfect mouthfeel. Tastes good to me.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow. Medium creamy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is Belgian spice, field grass, floral and lemon/citrus notes, quite a bit of coriander. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, coriander a bit of a bite to it. grass, citrus. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Lingering bitterness.

Pale gold with a white head. I have no idea what a yuzu is, so this may be interesting. Aroma is citrus, coriander, slight medicinal quality. Flavor is pine, medicinal/herbal, lightly floral, perhaps a bit of rosemary. I enjoy this.

12 oz bottle from the Beer Camp 2017 pack. The beer is a light-medium gold. It’s a touch hazy but surprisingly clear for a White IPA. Medium-sized white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat, mild hops and mild yuzu flavor. The nutmeg is also noticeable. Real banana bread action in there. Lots of sweetness with a light spicy, citrus edge but the aroma is almost so sweet that it comes off more a sweet glaze on banana bread. Taste is moderately sweet. The yuzu adds some citrus bitterness and is more noticeable than in the aroma but still pretty far back in the profile. Lots of simple wheaty sweetness. The citrus present a bit blandly and without any real zestiness or brightness. The flavors aren’t bad, just disappointing and a fairly muddled - the nutmeg seems completely out of place. A little body to it but pretty soft and light. This one didn’t work for me.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy yellow, thin foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pale malt, yuzu, spice, tangerine. Taste is spice, pine, yuzu, pale malt. Medium bodied, lignering spice. Solid.

Bottle from a Lazy Dog Hazy yellow golden color with a small bubbly white head. Sweet bread spicy coriander bits of citrus and pine. Fairly dry finish. Not too bad.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Epsom Circle Market. Appearance is clear pale yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with nice retention and fair lacing. Aroma is citrus- and grapefruit-heavy, with milder tropical fruity esters, pepper. Taste is as aroma with cracker. Palate is light bodied with foamy texture, average carbonation and mix of sweet and bitter, fairly dry finish. Overall, gorgeous pour followed by nice mix of sweet and bitter fruit.

12 oz. bottle. aroma brought notes of clove, grass, lots of pepper, some biscuit and bready malts.

Taste is some slight biscuit and bread, light pepper, slightly bitter. I dont get Yuzu fruit at all. Thin watery texture. Not great

Poured from bottle dated 4/26/17 thanks John light golden color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of pepper malt bubblegum light citrus. Taste is light thin kinda boring.
