Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth's pre GBBF Shindig 2016 - London. Pours deep brown with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds light roast, burnt pine, orange rind. Medium sweet flavour with some charred bread, dry chocolate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely rounded finish, with balanced chocolate character, moderate roast, some earthy hops. Good stuff.

Shared at the December THT at deanso’s. Very dark ruby pour with a tan head. Notes of piney hops, milk chocolate, roasted malts, citrus hops. The taste notes were a bit faded with age (1 year old batch), but still quite enjoyable.
