Can. Nice tropical fruit aroma, some grass too and a bit malty. Taste is less interesting, initial lemon bitterness then kind of boring wheatiness. Quite thin but very fizzy. Preferred last years one. It's alright, but not very exciting.

Golden, has a bit of a slimy character, some fruity hop. Diacetyl...aaaand this is going sideways. Regrettable purchase.

Can. Just hazy pale gold gold, quickly fading white head. Aroma - crackers, mandarins, pine. Getting towards watery, medium to high carbonation. Dry, some wheaty tanginess, mandarins, pine/ menthol, light spices. Refreshing, cheerful.

Yo Ho’s Boku Beer Kimi Beer American Wheat 4.5% It’s a very pale cloudy gold with a herbal green hoppiness & lemon zest which I thought was quite good at first but when I took adept breath I could pick up some faint traces of diacetyl underneath. The taste is much duller than the aroma with cardboard, soda bread and light herbal hops but also slight diacetyl. The body is dry, carbonation sharp and aggressive. I’d pass on this and stick to the saison version. Not really bad but it feels like it got rushed into production...

Can from Lawsons. Clear, light gold with a tall fine head. Very nice, fruity nose, passion fruit, grapefruit, some nectarine. Wheat malts beneath, with a touch of caramel and cream. Somewhat sweet, nice fruit. Creamy wheat. A bit gassy. Finish is a bit like Alka-Seltzer, gassy and minerally. Nice fruit, though. Not bad, a bit weird.

Re-rate: Can poured into a glass at home. Nice light tropical notes with some grassy hops and some light Belgian yeast character. Simple on the palate with a light creaminess and yogurt quality. Somehow not as good as it was straight from the can. --- Beer merged from original tick of Boku Beer, Kimi Beer Yorimichi on 27 Apr 2016 at 19:49 - Score: 7. Original review text: You know what....this isn't bad at all. Lots wheat, tropical fruit nose, dry. Will by again.
