Bottle at Yespr’s - thanks! It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is tart raspberry, blackberry, jammy fruits, sherbet, sour lemon and earth. The taste is crisp, tart, raspberry, berry yoghurt, brett, barnyard, alcohol, earth, jam, dough and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Pretty nice fruit-driven beer.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, over ripe fruits, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity spicy raspberry aroma. Fruity malty and slightly sweetish spicy raspberry flavor. Has a fruity weak sour raspberry finish.

Aroma is fairly fruit forward with bright ripe raspberries, faint oak, some ripe fruit, but not much Brett or acidity. Pours a cloudy amber rose color with a thin white head that recedes fairly quickly to the edges where it clings for a bit. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor starts with a nice raspberry flavor and a light tannin character, but it finishes with an odd off flavored sweetness. The sweetness has a saccharin artificial sweetness to it which isn’t good. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall not horrible until you get to finish and the artificial sweetness. Nice raspberry character though, but it also lacks the acidity.

Bottle: Slightly pink...orange....off-white pink shaded head. Fruit aroma...light.....like a common fruit beer. Berry, minimal Bret-ness flavor. Not bad, but just way too light......no kick to it.
