Apoldaer Tafelbier hell, Flasche von Nahkauf, Weimar. - Helles Rotgold, klar. (26.5.2020.)

Schwacher hell malziger Antrunk ohne erkennbaren Hopfen. Wenig herb, wässrig. Zum Ende süßlich und hell getreidig. Schlecht. 7/6/7/6/9/6

Bottle found at Fristo-Getränke in Leipzig. The beer starts smooth and fresh. Mild-smooth with nearly no bitterness there. Fresh, easy to drink with hints of grain. Nice and smooth, hints of malty sweetness there. Nice.

Geruch malzig herb, grasig, getreidig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimaler würziger Abgang.

Bottled 500ml @PBFVIII
Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Grainy, a bit sweet aroma. Medium-bodied. Grainy, sweetish, almost banana flavor .. weizen. Cardboardish.

Bottle: Hazy, golden, quickly collapsing loose white head, sweetish fruity-grainy nose with a slight yeasty touch; light bodied, mild bitter-sweet flavour, slightly lingering dryish bitter-grainy finish. Drinkable, but boring…

Aroma has buttery notes and some herbs. Flavour has quite strong herbal notes, some butter and grassy tones. Quite typical pils.

Bottled at PBF. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Distinct grassy, spicy nose. Dry with light body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Freshening spicy hops, mid bitter finish.
