A white head on a murky honey coloured body. The nose features fresh ground spices, sweet tea and some fruit zest. Tonnes of fresh, complementary taste elements here. Nutmeg, cloves, green apples, sweet tea, orange zest and even a spash of cherry. Solid sweetness and cereal notes in the malt, slightly slick body and solid carbonation round out a really tasty, refreshing Blanche.

Murky orange pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is big on tropical fruit, mangoes, peaches, some apples and some fruity green, and white teas. Good mouth feel, solid carb. The finish is sweet and fruity with big tea, and herbal flavours. Light bitterness and some slightly astringent pithy citrus fruit.

500ml bottle from my local Metro store. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a nice fluffy-creamy head, good retention and lacing. Beautiful aromas of tropical fruits like mango and other citrus fruits. The yeast nicely balanced. The mouthfeel is refreshing with flavours of fresh grasses, fruitiness and the teas. Kind of like marmalade-like with hints of mints and other grassy notes. Probably one of their best beer and most original one.

Ça a définitivement le corps et le goût d’une Blanche, juste bien floue. Les agrumes sont bien dosés et le goût est plutôt céréalier. Bonne bière, mais j’aurais aimé plus sentir le thé dans mon verre...

The current craze at Brassuers du Monde is Infuse. This 5.4%beer has a white ale/weizen base and is then infused with three tea varieties. It was designed as a summer beer aimed at ladies but was so well received it is now a year-round beer. Wow, what a wild nose - fruity flowery tea, the taste is incredibly fruity peach, cherry, raspberry. Delicious. It walks the fine line between beer and fruity soda. Ridiculously refreshing.

A hazed golden wit with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, a strong orange and cloves mix with a sweetened herbal tea. In mouth, a nice wit with orange and lemon mix, herbal infusion, like one of the indian teas. On tap at Espace Public, Nov 2 2012.

Bouteille 341ml. De couleur dorée et voilée. Nez de thé, moyen de fruits (petits fruits rouges, traces de mangues et de marmelade) avec des notes herbeuses, épicées, florales et de blé. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture légèrement crémeuse. Léger-moyen goût fruité (mangues, traces d’agrumes et de petits fruits) avec des notes épicées ainsi que des traces de gomme balloune lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût herbeux aromatisé (pot-pourri de thé et de tisanes - présent toute la gorgée) avec un léger goût de blé puis en finale l’on retrouve un léger goût herbeux (herbes mouillées, regain de thé). Post-goût moyen-long et un peu sec, composé d’un goût de thé aux petites notes fruitées (petits fruits).

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur blond blanc un peu trouble, peu de mousse. Arôme de thé, d’agrumes, de fruits tropicaux, de litchi. Goût de thé, avec une amertume légère, de fruits tropicaux. Carbonation faible, un peu aqueuse.
