Fles gedeeld door Inoven, geprobeerd met BartvG en HilligvG. Het is een licht troebel bleekgeel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en zacht met een wat bittere afdronk.

Flesje gedeeld met familie tijdens verjaardag. Bleek-geel bier met matig schuim dat snel weg trekt. Aroma van mout, hop en gist. Smaak is zoet en moutig. Nasmaake is iets bitter. Ondanks dat ik geen liefhebber ben van witbier krijgt het bij mij toch een goede score.

33cl bottle as “Gentse Mannekes Pies” (4,7%) from ABS Drinks near Herent. F: medium, snow-white, good retention. C: pale gold, very light hazy. A: malty, wheat, banana, bit orange, spicy, yeasty touch. T: medium malty base, bit wheat, banana touch, spicy, decent bitterness, bit bready, bit coriander, medium carbonation, ok, drinkable yet not very for the style.

Bottle at Pressklubben. Hazy pale yellow with frothy white head. Big yeasty banana, syrup, bread. Somewhat cloying. Lacks finesse.

33cl bottle. Slight gushing! Pours slightly hazy pale golden colour with a huge most good lasting white head. aroma of yeast, spices, cooked vegetables. Taste of yeast, mild banana, spices, high carbonation, nothing special!

Bottle shared. Could full golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, dull malt and citrus. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Aroma is a bit musty and yeasty. Sweetness of banana and some strawberry syrup before a bready, yeasty finish.
