11/3/2023. From BIAB at the 2023 Coventry Beer Festival. Pours almost clear very pale gold with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma of sweet apple, flowers, perfume, light herbal and mucky edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterbess, touch of tart. Moderate body, sligthly watery, low carbonation.

Cask @ Coventry Beer Festival. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are red apples, fruits, sulphur and has a semi dry finish.

Cask @ Coventry Beer Festival. Clear pale yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet apples and apple juice. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 110323

Bladder bag at the Just Reproach, Deal, 04/02/22. Pale yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is sweet apple, straw, pear drop. Taste comprises sugars, apple pie, tannins, vanilla. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation,  light drying close. OK but a touch overly sweet for me.

500 ml clear bottle, from Seven Cellars. ABV is 6.5%. Clear and extremely pale straw colour, lightly sparkling. Moderate aroma of eating apples, a hint of cider apples. Slightly sweet flavour of eating apples, refreshing and pleasant to drink, but there is no counterpoint of tannins.

Bottle from Macnade Ashford and drunk on a train to Inverness. 6.5% abv. Clear very pale gold colour thin white head. apple skin aroma so little tannin. Very drinkable. right amount of sweet and dry some light tannin. Good apple juice character. bang this home all day in an orchard in sun drenched Kent. made me happy. .

500ml bottle from The Offy, Whitstable. Pours pale clear gold. Aroma has light, medium sweet apple fruit. Taste is gentle, clean medium apple fruit, lightly sweet, straw, white wine grape. Pleasant.

Gbbf. Klares wässrig sehr blass gelbe Farbe. Geruch nach süßen leicht trockenen Äpfeln. Geschmack leicht säuerlich fruchtig, grüne Äpfel.

500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Pale golden colour with a short-lived white foam head. Nose of apple, hay, sulphur. Taste is sweetish fruity apple, green apple, with alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite OK.
