170ml draught at Ølhallen in Tromsø. Deep rosewood coloured body. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Malt-fruity nose, moderately tart. Mixed taste of fruit acidity and dark caramel, together with oak and wood. Prolonged ending. Well balanced and fine bodied. Like it (VADSØ gathering, 18.11.2015).

Pours clear mahogany with very small off-white head. Aroma of wine, fruit, vinegar, medicine, malt, oak. Taste surprisingly mild and sweet; only little sour with dominating medicine bitterness and astringent finish. Thin to medium bodied.

330 ml bottle, batch #926, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7%, 30 IBU. Brown colour, moderate beige head. Strong "sweet & sour" aroma of brettanomyces, oak, crushed sea buckthorn berries and red wine vinegar. Medium sour flavour, more woody / oaky than sweet, hints of berries and red wine vinegar, dry and discrete hoppy finish.

Bright clear amber beer, good pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Light malts, trace of thin cream. Mildly tangy fruits and a little nuts. Whisper of balsamic. Light finish. Pretty tame. Inoffensive, perhaps too inoffensive!

Fra fat på Ølhallen 29 Okt 15. Mørk mørk amber. Lavt, litt farget skum med litt lacing. Bra - litt tung fruktaroma. Smaken litt ubestemmelig. Mest syrlig overmoden frukt. Uvariert.

Too me, this was a tasty and lovely beer with a fine fruity touch.
Nice deep mahogany color with a fine tan head. Mild yeast, balanced fruity, some spices, mild wood and toffee. Nice body and a smooth carbonation that fit good for this one.
