Many thanks for this sour beer to red-white Santa:) Alez piana na ponad tysiac piw niemieckich jakie kosztowalem to tu moge smialo powiedziec ze ma najwieksza piane, tak szybko rosnie nisczym ciezki kamien spadajacy w przepasc., jaka niesamowita naturalna wnet szampanska pienistosc. Metnawe ale w jasnym odcieniu, przyjemnie kwaskowe lekko wytrawne.

330mml. bottle as part of the «European Local Swap 3/2019», many thanks @Erzengel for this bottle. @«home», 03/11/2019. Misty yellow with a medium white head. Good retention. Aroma is lime zest, lemony, soft herbal and yeast. Taste is also citrusy with a nice sour finish. Balanced. Next one please!!

330ml bottle, thanks to kolschtrinker for this. Pours a pale misted yellow, small white head. Fresh citrus zest on the nose with additional wheat, lemon, light spice, sour. Taste continues in a similar vein, floral sweet, zesty with a good crisp sour edge. Really good.

Bottle, 5.2% at KCBD19. Mild citric aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Big stable frothy and creamy white head. The flavour is nicely sour but also has a good funky note. Good mild cheesy note. And a good mouthfeel. Much better than Berliner Weisse.

0,33 l bottle from Craft Beer Store, Hamburg. New label with the Halskrause. Think it´s the bigger series version. Unclear flat pale yellow with an huge white head in the glass. Sour rhubarb smell. Taste has also sour rhubarb, pale grain and yeast. Increasing dry with some sweetness. High carbonated. Nice one.

Botle traded with Erzengel. Pours hazy pale gold with an initially large white head, soon dissipating to nothing. Aroma of wheat, citrus, pine, and yeast. Sweet, no bitterness, light citrus sour. Light to medium body, oily texture, carbonation is average. Finish is mix of sweet and sour.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and malt. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of lemons, straw, and perfume, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle@TTBS, Copenhagen - Fuzzy yellow pour with white head. Aroma and taste comprise medium to light sour citrus notes, some lemon and lime squeeze, wheaty and fruity, with a light tart fruity close.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy,slight herbal. Sweet, mild fruity, toasted. And slight estery. Bitter and mild herbal. Bitter and slight fruity finish.

Fast klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße schaumkrone. Geruch leicht säuerlich fruchtig, helles malz, helle Früchte. Geschmack süß malzig, reife Früchte, Honig, minimal säuerlich.
