Draft at BeerTemple. Clear golden color, big white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of peppery, earthy fruit. Taste is dank earthy fruit. Nice to see a clear IPA for a change.

Sample from tap at ’BeerTemple’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016, as Dark Horse Falcon clear orange/golden with a white head. Aroma of grass, herbal, hoppy. Taste grass, soft, smooth, fresh, light sour, medium bitterness, medium body, light tropical fruits, light caramel, soft carbonation.

THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled draft @ Beer Temple during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! That name?! hazy orange, lacing white head. Nose is weird dank hay, grain, dank hops, tad old malt. Taste is sweetish milky yeast, dank stone fruit, grainy, weird dank & milky, grain, low hop. Milky body with some bread. A bit too milky, sweet but not bad.I thought that Falconer’s Flight isn’t a hop species but a blend.

On tap at Carnivale Brettanomyces ’16. At Beer Temple. Just a good classic American IPA, lots of resin and some tropical fruits, malty, caramel. Good.

Tap at BeerTemple. Slight hazy golden with big off white head. Light smoke, green onion, pineapple, mango, grass, caramel, white grapes. Medium bitter and sweet. Medium bodied.

Draught @ Beer Temple. Clear orange golden color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts and hops. Taste malts, hops, light tropical fruits, hop bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. - Note: with all of those new beers coming out the last couple of years this is "just a decent IPA". Probably would have rated this a firm 4+ 5 years ago.

Draft at Beer Temple. Very hazy orange with a medium cream head. Aroma of light tropical fruit, citrus, light malt and light caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from tap at ’Beertemple’. Clear, golden amber with a frothy, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and slightly spicy aroma of mango, orange jam and juniper. Sweetish-fruity, herbal-spicy and slightly medicinal taste of mango, orange jam, pine and juniper, followed by a short, moderately bitter, spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Weird again.
