50cl swing top bottle. Pours clear amber colour with a small beige head. ARoma of toasted malt, some nuts, spicy malt. Taste of toasted malt, some caramel, spicy hops, some nuts, boring.

Dunkelmalziger, leicht getreidiger Antrunk. Angenehm milde Bittekeit, süffig. Dann muffiger werdend, Okay. 6/7/8/8/8/8

GBBF Day 2. Bottle thanks to Harrisoni. Almost clear gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Sweetish malts, a little cream. Nice light floral dried fruits, also sweetish. Light dry finish. Hangs together well. Typically German clean and drinkable.

Bottle at GBBF 2016. Hazy mid gold red colour. Lasting beige head. fresh bread yeast red fruits really quite fruity. Very good. Good fruit.

Bottle. Cloudy brown, offwhite head. Roast, caramel notes with light herbal play. Medium body, dry burned on the palate. Fairly bock-ish Märzen. Not a fan of the forward caramel notes, but it does fit th season.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden to light-amber colour with a firm medium-sized and off-white foamy head. Bready malty and slightly yeasty aroma with notes of caramel and a subtle fruity touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly bready cara-malty taste with traces of oak honey as well as subtle fruity notes; mildly sweet and bready malty finish with a restrained level of bitterness. 15.I.16

Bügelverschlußflasche (from the local organic market): Amber coloured, hazy, stable off-white head; mildly sweetish-toasty nose with a slight papery touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied; dark malty and fruity traces in the sweetish finish, followed by a minor bitterness in the aftertaste. O.K., nothing special…

Bio Bier in Bio Shop in Essen. Swiateczne i ekologiczne piwo sezonowe. Zimowe estry dalo się wyczuć już po wystrzeleniu krachli. Zapach piernikow i ciastek korzennych. wygląd to minimalna piana, może za sprawa niezbyt pasującego naczynia do nalania, ale barwa za to poprawna jak na Winter Bier. Piwo w smaku karmelowe slodowe z minimalna goryczka która tylko w dalszej części przełyku osadza się na chwile. Smaczne zimowe piwo ale oczekiwałem więcej wrazen i smakow korzennyc bo w zapachu było ich pod dostatkiem.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is breadish and roasted malty. Sweet, toasted and caramelish malty. Bitter, toasted and breadish malty. Dry and bitter finish.

Pours a dark amber color with a small white head. Malty aroma of caramel and bread. Medium sweet and malty flavour of bread.
