Clear orange beer, small layer of big bubbles, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty sour, dry , grains and hay, bretta stamp. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, lemon juice, pretty cheesy, the bitterness of the white mouldy crust of a Brie or Camembert cheese, bit nuttly, mouldy, wood. Aftertaste: bready, cheese, lemon, vinegar, nutty again, sour ending. Not too bad, but not the best straight lambic I ever had either. Tastes as if the wooden barrel that contained the beer must have had some mould in it.

Clear copper orange beer, no head. Aroma: very fruity, quite some exotic fruits even, some citrus. MF: no carbon, medimu body. Taste: nice acidic start, little fruity, then bitter metallic ruining everything. Aftertaste: some citrus, grapefruit, bitter metallic, a shame...

Golden colour, no head. Fruity aroma, quite floral, wood. Astringent wood flavour, light sour. Some cardboard coming up. Finish cardboard, wood, quite astringen. The aroma is much better than the flavour on this one.

Draft. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, brettanomyces, and grapefruits. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, vinegar, grapefruits, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Tap at the 20th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. It pours hazy light golden yellow, with no head or carbonation. The nose is subtle, but pleasant: whipped cream, marmalade, floral, sweet orange and mango. The taste is chamomile, sour white grape, lemon Granny Smith apple, Braeburn apple and pickled onion Monster Munch in the finish. A pretty decent lambic offering.

12/11/12/11//11

Straw coloured and slightly hazy. Phenolic-minty aroma with herbal, bitter, tannic sour notes. Tart and herbal with slight pedio in the finish. Characterful, if nothing else.
