Reviewed from notes. Consumed: 06/18/2018.
Bottle to tulip (sidenote: an absolute pain in the rear to open this sucker, the cork practically disintegrated on me).
Appearance: bronze to golden color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace but ended up barely leaving any lace
Aroma: sweet and tart notes of the raspberries, some lacto/acidic character, subtle grassy notes, super light lemon down in there.
Flavor: blended the prior noted aromas together in a semi-sour to tart way up front, subtle sweetness underneath; finishes tart and sour through the raspberries
Texture: medium bodied, this is a sipper; tart and sour assertiveness is bold with this one, some pucker factor but not overbearing
Overall: a very nicely done sour/wild ale I think I'd rather have on tap again only due to the issue of dealing with a problematic cork.

2019 vintage, on tap. Dull and hazy. Lots of framboise on the nose, especially for being six years old. Tart, a touch balsamic, and lots of raspberry.

On tap at Libertine - SLO, pours a deep pinkish red with a small pink-tinged head. Nose reveals deep, lightly tart raspberries upfront atop a gentle subtly tart and wild base. Flavour follows accordingly, with a deep raspberry character, gentle tartness, gentle acidity, and a bit of bugs. Not particularly complex, but the raspberries are expressed nicely. Good stuff.

Bottle: Poured a deep reddish color ale with a pinkish color head. Aroma of huge framboise notes with some light tart notes with some residual sugar notes also perceptible. Taste is dominated by huge raspberry notes with some residual sugar notes and light tart notes. Body is full with good carbonation. I really enjoyed the huge raspberry notes in this one.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Looks good in the glass, zippy, small head. Fine fruity berry aroma. Starts wonderful fruity-sourish, berry notes, tart, salty, bitter background. Very well balanced. Finish less sour, more fruity. Salty aftertaste. Nice one!

75cl bottle . Fresh fruity sour nose. Sour fruity. More on the sour side, fruity but not so balanced as the Belgium counterparts. Sour fruity aftertaste, not too round, fresh though.
