Butterfly Guard is a contemporary IPA featuring Enigma, Simcoe, Azzacca and El Dorado hops. Brewed to have a soft and full bodied base, with a moderate bitterness and tons of peach, tropical and zesty citrus fruit character.

Half pint på The Harp, Chandos Place, aug-19: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Fyldig, fruktig og midt i blinken etter en times rask gange fra Battersea Brewery. Tropiske frukter, honning, milde urter og fin citrusbitterhed i afslutningen. Mersmak, men jeg må videre...

50cl can from Minutemat, as part of the EU Local Swap, thanks! A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a huge good lasting white head. Aroma of moderate citrusy hops, pale malt and flowers. Taste of citrusy bitter hops, flowers, hints of peach, pale malt, hay, medium long bitter finish.

500ml can. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is peachy, mango, tropical fruits. Taste is medium sweet, peach, mango, papaya, touch of grapefruit, little bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Nice but too sweet.

Can split at L6, thanks to Fergus, 31/10/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange peel, melon, citric tinged straw, mellow tropicana. Taste comprises orange pith, light pine, papaya, melon, grass, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking IPA.

Can shared at the Columbus tasting 31/10/2018. Many thanks! A lovely attractive mostly clear yellow golden coloured pour with alasting loose white head. Aroma is soft wheat grains, lemon rind, light wood, floral notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, wheat, lemon, mango, midget gems, . Palate is soft delicate, moderate carbaontion, . Very well balanced. Easy drinking.

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Pretty solid, clean citrus fruits, lemon rind, melon, pale bread, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, more melon, citrus rind, biscuits. Super drinkable.

500ml can@ Chez Sophie. Pours clear gold, rocky white topping. Aroma is juicy sweet, floral. Taste is similarly juicy sweet, a touch musty, pale malts with some pleasant fleshy mango notes. Interesting fruity IPA.

Keg @ Knott Bar, Manchester. Hazed lighter golden and mainly fruity. It's hoppy with a palatable sour-bitterness to this.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; clear golden yellow pour with a creamy off white head, aroma pine and mango, taste has melon, sweet malts, pine, decent crisp ipa.
