Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium bet with a thin white head. The aroma is big brett and citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate sour with a lovely smooth grapefruit citrus bretty palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A super smooth refreshing beer. Lots of flavour with well controlled sourness.

330ml bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden yellow, thin white head. Aromas of lemon and sherbet, lots of brett. Taste has lemon sour funkiness, and the white wine comes through. Not much of the base beer left, actually! Nice beer though.

Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, big thanks to Paulo for securing this local (to me) want, 16/01/14. Hazed golden orange with a moderately appointed off white head. Nose is juicy tropical fruits, white grapes, sticky mango, light dung, smoke, bretty twang, orange pith. Taste comprises earthy hops, bitter orange, woody notes, straw, chalky mineral bite, tropical fruit leanings, mango, lemon rind, subtle white wine effect. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying finale with an earthy rasp and green grape skins. Solid stuff indeed - how to BA an APA !!!

Bottle picked up at Siren. It pours golden with a small white head. The nose is wood, earthy, manure, vinous, white wine, candy, sherbet and wood. The taste is vinous, tart white grape, wood, brett, earth, pithy lemon, gooseberry and sherbet with a pretty dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Clean, crisp and massively drinkable. Really rather delicious!

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Paul. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy white head. Lots of brett present in the nose, a bit of manure, lemon, touches of white grape. Light sweet flavor with pale wood, further poo, light yeast, lemon rind, hints of citric tang. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean finish with bitter citrus rind, prominent barnyard, moderate sweetness. Quite poky. Good one,

Bottle. Very light haze on this amber beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry with fine carbonation. Great sherbetty peel to start, it morphs seamlessly in to white wine tang. The brett provides funk and a little salt. Rounding things off are nice tropical fruits with passion fruit being readily identifiable. Finishes semi dry with grapefruit pith. Mildly bitter aftertaste and another pinch of sherbet. Tantalises and tickles the tastebuds. A total belter from the Ryan.
