Sehr trübe Farbe – einfach schön. Hefig, fruchtig, getreidig– in der Reihenfolge. Ganz minimaler Hauch von Sekt. Sämig, cremig, sehr weich. Kaum Kohlensäure. Gut.

Tap at the Hallertauer Bierfestival, Attenkirchen. Light milky yellow, white foam. Light dusty grain, banana, vanilla clove, Dessert weisse.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getränkemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 19th December 2021 listening to Idles - Crawler, smoking chicken outside and cooking Beef Bourgogne inside in the slow cooker. Pours murky yellowy colour with a white head. Yeasty with a little toffee and banana, even a slight creamy vanilla, nice carbonation. Clove less noted but there is a hint of spice.

50cl swing top bottle. A hazy light orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, clove and mild banana. Taste of clove, esters, moderate sweet wheat malt, hints of banana.
