Shaker pint draft at the Denver ChopHouse location in Concourse A of the Denver International Airport (DIA). The pour is clear copper brown, with a smallish light tan head. The aroma is toasted malt, a hint of roast, and a general malt sweetness. The taste does a nice job of joining the lightly burnt toast flavors with the soft sweetness from the malt. Clean, tasty. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation, and a softly sweet lingering aftertaste.
