Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Thursday 6th January 2022 listening to Bambara - Stray, we’re cooking pizzas in the wood oven outside. Pours gold with a white head, there is a little haze but I note that it’s unfiltered. A little more bitter than expected, soft in the mouth, a little light metallic touch. It’s fine but I have just had two really nice Au im der Hallertsu Brewey Pils at my local in Gutlsdorf which rather put this into a dim and distant second place.

Bottle, danke David! Hazy golden, white foam. Juicy malt, perfumed hops. Medium body, a bit fizzy. Hayish and sweet grainiy notes, prassy and flowery hop counterpoint, good balance, very pleasant.

Bottle from Glentleiten. Light hazy yellow gold, mild clean/spicy nose. Flavor is a bit on the bitter side of Helles, a bit astringent (water issue?) And not so well rounded. But it's decently drinkable.

Flascherl: Deep golden, hazy to cloudy, smaller persistent creamy off-white head, sweetish-bitter grainy-dusty nose with delicate fruity spots; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy; sweetish grainy finish with some sourish-fruity traces. Not the greatest pleasure...

50cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dry grainy malt, straw and pale malt. Taste of dry pale malt, straw, some grains, moderate spicy hops. Easy to drink! okay!
