750 ml bottle. Slightly aged. Dark hazy golden color, thin lasting head. Aroma is candy sugar, white grapes, peach and a nice lingering Belgian yeast.

Normally this style is pretty difficult to pull off but this Brewer does a nice job of a hybrid style. The hops are fruit ordinated with the Belgian yeast showing a lasting presence throughout the sip. Floral hop bitterness that ends quickly. Body is medium with the bitterness slightly taking over the yeast. Nice brew

Bottle/Fest. A- Bubblegum. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Citrus, bubblegum, wheat, slightly bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, yeasty finish. O- Meh, it’s certainly like no other tripel I’ve had and that’s not the best thing. Definitly more an IPA to me yet tons of bubblegum like a hefe.

On tap at Cottonwood. Pours a cloudy orange with large thick frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast, floral, citrus. Medium mouth with strong citrus, light hop, sugary malt, very good.

On tap at the AQ event at yellow ape. An opaque deep gold pour with a foamy filmy white head that lingers. The nose is a bit boozy, a bit bretty, bready kind of like a sweet thin cake. Medium to full bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. The taste is yeasty hop goodness with a good dose of boozy burn. The hops give you earthy tropical fruits - very interesting but a bit too much heat for me. Ah I forgot it was a Belgian yeast beer that explains the Brett like character I detected!

Draft - Mellow earthy hops and caramel. Clear gold with a decent white head. Vegative hops, orange, some tropical fruit and booze. Resinous on the finish. Not nearly as good as some of their others with a huge bitter finish.

No backbone, uber simplistic, just not how I like my IIPAs. Not horrible, but really don’t like this and shared with many people.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, coriander and citrusy pulp. In mouth, a nice spiced sweet malt with coriander, curacao, nice alcohol warmth, very Belgian. On tap at Breukelyn Bier Merchants.
