500ml bottle from the Cheese & Wine Shop, Darlington. Hazy yellow gold colour with a white foam head leaving some lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, passionfruit, zesty citrus, hoppy. Taste is malt caramel balanced with juicy tropical fruit, mellow floral citrus, hop resins, some spice and grapefruit bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Very drinkable APA.

Hazy orange - gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light thin malts, mild and thin creamy sweetness. Mild hop skunk, light pine and hop spice. Pleasant mango and spicy orange. A whisper of tropical fruits lurk deep in the background. Light semi dry finish, spicy orange linger. Nice beer although the Mosaic seems a little recessed.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the brewery four days ago. Pours hazy orange-gold with a rich, frothy pure white head. Wonderful aroma, plenty of fresh citrus, pithy grapefruit, melon, tangerine, light mango, pine needles. Lightly sweet with moderate rindy bitterness, some flinty minerality, more pithy citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, tangerine, dry pale malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pleasantly drying to close, with further minerals, pith, rind, juicy citrus fruits. Outstanding.

Bottle from the brewery and drunk at home. Hazy pale orange gold colour lasting cream head. Big tropical fruit aroma. Lovely soft fruit and soft mouthfeel. Some bitterness on the finish. It’s like fruit juice all the way through with a bitter finish. Enough malt caramel to carry the hop. Superb beer. Love the fruit.
