Bottle @Mikkeller Warsaw upon its farewell. Goodbye. Ancient golden clear color with a tick and white adhesive foam. Nose: citric, grainy, much lemon, lovely hint of wine. Mouth: moderate but form sourness, winey overall with same grapes mouthfeel, clean finish, the wine Is dominant in the mouthfeel and lovely.

Bottle (£18 😮😮) at the Greenwich Union, Greenwich. Amber pour with a white head. Nose is onion, lemon juice, barnyard, green apple. Flavours of lime, lemon rind, more green apple, classic lambic funk. Like this very much.

Corked bottle. Golden color. Oak, apple, vinous notes, graoefruit and a hint of bitter walnuts in the complex aroma. Dry, sour, oaky flavor. Grapefruit, honey, gooseberries. Short aftertaste. Very nice geuze.

Poured from a 375 ml bottle. Aroma is subtle with lemon and grape notes followed by a light peppery, herbal note and faint musty notes. light oak. Pours a rather clear, gold color with a large, thick pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is similar to the Oud Beersel foeder blends they have bottled recently. A bit on the sweet side with a light, well rounded and soft acidity. Light grain notes. This one is a bit more bitter - medium light. Medium light oak notes with some lemon and red grape notes. Hints of pineapple, musty, earthy notes and a light floral, herbal note in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, another decent geuze, but nothing I would spend anytime chasing. Again, I wish this was a bit less carbonated so i could lay a couple down to see how they age.

Bouteille: Golden, hazy, stable and creamy foamy layer, visible carbonation, mild musty-cellary, but mainly fresh and crisp grapefruity-lemony nose, including a shy vinous touch; moderate to solid sourish flavour, accompanied by a little bitterness, astonishingly quite full bodied and both soft and fizzy; increasing traces of grapefruits and lemons in the lingering sour and bitter finish. Chapeau! A masterpiece with perfect deniability...

Moderately tart. Dry and earthy, thick palate for the style. Great beer.
