330ml bottle from Saucy Pears, Worcestor. Thanks Vilma! Pours clear gold, thin white head. Aroma is sweet apple. Taste is initially sweet and viciously dry and tannic. The dry-hopping just prior to bottling was supposed to add citrus and floral notes and, on sipping, I guess there is some detectable although it could be the power of suggestion. Not a bad medium dry, just a bit heavy handed on the dry tannic side.

At the King Charles II, Worcester, 9/12/2015. Deep gold with slight carbonation. A fairly standard, medium dry cider, with solid apple fruit and a touch of funkiness. The advertised hops did not make much impact. Ok.

330ml bottle from Moonshine & Fuggles shop, Ironbridge. Clear pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, slight citric & herby, with some funk. Taste is mellow apple, with woody oak, barnyard, tannin and a very light fruity herbal note. Thin slightly oily mouthfeel, light bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable cider although the hops aren’t very evident.

BIB/Polycask at Worcester Beer Festival, Friday 7th August. Is this really hopped? At least with the Olivers one you could taste the hops, if there are any in here they are very shy. Cloudy yellow, tangy fresh apple, a bit juicy, but lacks a bit of oomph Ok. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

4.0 Cask at the valley bar. Pours hazy orange, no head. Aromas of stewed apple, faint sherbet. Taste is more apples. Little thin and watery. Dry finish. Not sure what hops were used, or in what quantity, but I couldn’t find any! There’s something more going on than most ciders, but I’d be hard pushed to say it’s hoppy.

Box @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Hazed dishwater-yellow in colour. All dry, no sweetness, but maintains a fair apple flavour.
