Bag in a box at William Stead JDW Darlington. Golden colour, no head and aroma of juicy apple, light funk. Mellow apple flavour, with wood, sawdust, hay and drying tannins. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite OK.

Bag in a box at County Hotel Ashford jdw. Clear dirty gold colour no head. Tannin aroma. Good cider. Good character and tannin and dryness. Good apple flavour just thought it was different. Decent

Bag in box at the Salt Cot. Appearance - golden amber with no head nor bubbles. Nose - sweet apples verging on apple jelly. Taste - similar. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a dry but somehow sweet and tangy finish. Overall - a solid cider.

BIAB at the White Lady. Pours hazy pale gold, flat, no head. Aromas of cooked apple, bit watery. Taste is thin too, chalky dry finish.

Poly pin at foot of the walk... Light hazy yellow... No head... Soft apple tanins... Soft fruits nose... Dry apple tanin.. Light thin body.. Soft apple fruits

Box @ Percy Shaw, Halifax. Clear pale golden colour. Has an initial apple sweetness followed by a larger sweet kick within its apple flavour that lingers long in the palate. Ends with a bitterness. Its aroma is light.

BIAB @ Montgomery’s Tower, Shrewsbury. Pours gold with slight haze. Light feel with soft furry apple flesh and pure apple juice.
