On tap at Fat Heads Pittsburgh. Pours gold with frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is pine and citrus. Medium body, strong pine, dank, resin finish, good.

The Beer Store, Southampton PA: pours amber with an off white head. Aroma is pine and herbs and hefty malts. Taste is rather bitter and piney as are most Sly Fox IPAs. Probably more bitter than I want but still nice.

47.3cl can. Orange amber colour with a white foamy head leaving some lacing. Lots of caramel, fruity mango and floral orange marmalade in the nose. Malt caramel flavour with earthy & dusty orange & grapefruit citrus, plus some resiny pine bitterness. Crisp mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry earthy bitter finish. Quite drinkable IPA.

Sampled from a funky pull top 16 oz can this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a large foamy orange-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was leafy, gritty, floral and piney hops with a sour almost off undertone. The flavor was sour, tangy and quite bitter with piney, fruity, floral and gritty hops. The off presence persists. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

Can at the 14th Colony. Bright clear amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is airy but has a nice sharp minerally crispness. Caramel malts are light and fresh tasting. Good hop spice. Lots of pine. Little marmalade. Fresh and lively and very drinkable.

Can from reggiedunlop. Pours orangey gold with a slight white head. Aroma is citrus and something like a fresh herb. Or maybe itโs zest. Med + body. Flavor is citrus/herb/zest. Suggesting tea in a way. Thereโs a decent caramel backbone, but itโs dry and bitter. Lots of hop, but in a way thatโs quite unusual. Lapsang souchong has come to mind.

Can at home shared with Mrs Scopey. Very cool can. It pours lightly hazy golden amber with a solid off-white head. The nose is fresh pine, hay, straw, clean, juicy peach and marmalade. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter-sweet, pine needles, floral, toasty grain, grapefruit, lemon rind and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A touch sweet perhaps. Crisp, clean and easy drinking anyhow.

Can @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a thin head. Its strength is evident with a slightly stewed fruity aroma and taste.
