Bottle at home picked up from Crumlin Tesco. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a short lived fizz. Aroma is light tart, tangy green apple, woody apple pips, light plastic, fresh juicy tart apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tart juicy apple, light apple tart, some white sugars. Midget gems. Palate is semi sweet, tart, crisp finish. Highish carbonation. Solid all rounder easy drinking.

[50cl bottle from Morrison’s, Bracknell.] A straw coloured pour with a fast fizz; sweet dessert apple aroma; sweet apple taste with a spritzy mouth feel; then a drier finish with some tannins. A decent cider.

500ml bottle from Pilango, shared with Soph watching the Soundgarden documentary Motorvision. Pours clear gold, sparkling. Aroma is light sulphur, distant apple funk. Taste presents a light apple sweetness, clean with a noticeably drying close, perhaps too much for me. Would've liked more of a fruity linger. Generally decent.

Bottle at home, 09/06/19. Pale yellow with a fast collapsing white cap of bubbles. Nose is funky apple, farmyard esters, grains, straw. Taste comprises sharp apple, tannins, barnyard notes, apple skin, orchard wood, tangy funky apple shizz. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent stuff.

500ml bottle from Home Bargains, Darlington. Pours a sparkling golden colour with a white foamy head that quickly dissipates away. Aroma of mellow apple and alittle funk. Taste is fruity apple with apple skins, woody oak, leathery barnyard and drying tannins. Light to medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Booths, Media City. Pale golden cider. Not as dry as expected, given there’s also a medium-dry version of this cider, with a good light to medium apple taste.
