Box @ JDW Montgomery’s Tower. Pours a misty pale gold. Clean and fruity with a light tannic bite. A little thin on the palate with light medium-sweet apple fruit. Ok.

BIAB at the Gig House (JDW), Wokingham, stated ABV 6.4%. A rather pale colour with a fresh dessert apple aroma; dry in the mouth, with a tannic finish. Not very exciting.

BIAB at William Stead Darlington JDW 2017 cider fest. Hazy golden, no head and aroma of light funk. Taste is mellow apple, fruity, slight citric tartness, hay, light funk. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth dry finish. Quite drinkable.
