330ml bottle from the Lion’s Den shop, Yarm. Golden amber colour with a white foam head leaving alittle lacing and a fruity floral raspberry jam aroma. Taste is jammy raspberry, pale malts, alittle biscuit, some light green tea notes and earthy bitterness. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK.

Cask @ The Unicorn, Manchester. Golden-amber with a thick frothy head. The tea influence does make this mildly herbal in taste, alongside a more striking berry-fruit sweetness. It’s similar in its nose.

Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival at KEGS. Cask. Clear gold beer, a few white bubbles. Light semi dry palate, modest carbonation. Berry fruits and a little floralness. Not that much tea. Light semi dry finish. Nice idea but could have been bolder.
