500ml screw-top bottle. Hazy golden colour, no head and mellow musty fleshy apple aroma. Taste is tart tangy apple, some funk, drying tannins and with straw, biscuit, cardboard oxidised notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oxidised tannic finish. OK

500ml bottle from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham. Pours misty gold, flat. Aroma has wild flora, apple pulp. Light, juicy on the palate. Organic, wild character, nettley bitterness, natural drying apple fruit, subtle tannin and modest acidity. No brett notes. Decent wild fermented cider.

Cask handpull at Fuggles Beer Cafe Tonbridge. Hazy pear gold orange colour no head. Quite a dry cider. Light vanilla light biscuit. The apple flavour is excellent. Some tannin which is light. Dry finish. Not sure what apple varities are in this but it has a good seeet and dry balance. Good. Rounded.
