Gently sparkling with soft tannins and a clean and refreshing finish. It is a dry, but not bone dry cider, with lots of fresh, gently sun ripened golden apple, with a hint of caramel on the finish.

500ml bottle shared with Finn at the Cider Museum. Clear golden body, missing head, poor lacing. Smell of apples and apple skins. Taste of mid-tart and mid-dry apples. Apples to the ending as well, semi-tart. We did not empty the bottle. Fair enough (Hereford 17.10.2022).

Delt med Rune på Cider Museum, Hereford. Gylden. Skum som forsvinner umiddelbart. Klar. God eplearoma. Smaken tørre epler. Gjennomgående tørr.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity & funky apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, light tartness, with some leathery funk hints and drying earthy tannins. Light to medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry mellow tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours very pale gold with no head. The sweet, ripe apple, candied fruits, tart, appletiser and white head. The taste is dry, sweet ripe apple, apple skin, oily, icing sugar, honey and tannin with a dry finish.. Medium body and no carbonation. Not a huge amount to it. Fair.

Bottle shared post IMBC - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear yellow. Fairly sweet, some golden delicious, low bitterness, a hint of salt. Medium bodied, spritzy. Finishes with semi-ripe apples, mellow sweetness, nips of apple peel. Nice stuff.

500ml bottle. Pours a generally clear gold, fresh apple fruit on the nose. Taste presents a bright natural apple sweetness, fresh orchard fruit, not as drying as some, with a pinching acidity and tight tannic presence that retains the natural fruit on the palate. Enjoyable, entertaining fruity dry cider.
