Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a creamy-smooth head. A somewhat watery light example of the citrus fruit, but the flavour is there. More pithy in aroma.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Near clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly white head. Light smooth pale malts, quite sweet. Good satsuma, floral and fresh. Light and semi dry finish. Indisputably satsuma.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours clear pale gold with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with pleasant lemongrass notes, some citrus pith, straw, mellow bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good balance to finish, more pithy lemon, grass, lean pale malts. Sound.

From the wood st Darlington Snooker Club. Amber colour, thin white rim and fruity citrus aroma. Taste is pale malt, caramel, toffee, with juicy zesty citrus rind, satsuma, and tangy bitterness. Light slightly oily mouthfeel, low carbonation, dry woody bitter finish. Quite drinkable
